Clawback Policy
Our Clawback Policy establishes the power and authority of our Compensation and Management Development Committee of our Board of Directors to recover incentive-based compensation from our executive officers in the event of a restatement of the financial results of the Company.

Conflict Minerals Policy Statement
Our Conflict Minerals Policy establishes our position against the use of columbite-tantalite (coltan), cassiterite, gold, wolframite, tantalum, tin and tungsten that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or any adjoining country.
