Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requires the Company’s directors and executive officers, and persons who beneficially own more than ten percent of a registered class of the Company’s Common Stock, to file initial reports of ownership and reports of changes in ownership of the Common Stock of the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange.
